    FEATURES
    Our branded tablecloths are dye sublimated single-sided in full color on 6.5-ounce polyester material. Standard tablecloths with logos are available 3-sided with an open back or 4-sided with a closed back. They are 100% washable, sewn with rounded corners, and hang approximately 2” above the floor when placed on a standard 8-foot folding table.

    FILE SETUP
    Artwork: 
    • Your uploaded artwork should be sized in accordance with your chosen product.
    • Artwork guidelines vary by product.
    Proofing:
    • We require that a client review and approve a PDF proof before printing.
    • Hardcopy proofs are available by special request.
    File Format:
    • We recommend saving your final artwork as a PDF.
    Other Accepted File Formats Include:
    • JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, BMP, PNG, EPS, CDR, PSD, or AI.
    • Provide artwork at the correct size.
    • Graphics over 200" can be scaled.
    • Please submit art in the CMYK colorspace.
    • Pantone® Coated and Uncoated spot colors are acceptable, although 100% color matching is not a standard guarantee.
    • Flatten all objects, gradients, swatches, symbols, special effects, and/or transparencies and outline all text.
    Bleed:
    • For artwork that extends to the cut line – add 1/4" to each edge with a bleed.
    • For Flags, Fabrics and Table Covers please add 1" bleed per edge.
    • Please refer to the appropriate template for exact sizing.
    Safety Margin:
    • Please keep text and logos at least 1/4" from all edges of the artwork.
    • For Flags, Fabrics and Table Covers please keep text and logos at least 2" from the respective templates finished size boundary.
    Mass Data Merges:
    • Please send a spreadsheet in one of the following formats (XLS, XLSX, ODS, CSV, or TSV) for a mass data merge.
    Die Cut:
    • For artwork that requires a die cut – add a vector layer with the die cut to the artwork.
    Spot White:
    • For artwork that requires spot white – add a vector shape for the spot white area in the artwork.
    • The spot white vector shape should be included as an additional layer to your print ready artwork, or as an additional file with an identical page size.
    Resolution:
    • Artwork must be at least 150 DPI or higher.
    • Small text should be vectorized to ensure legibility.
    • We can print sub-standard art, but please note that we are not responsible for low resolution quality / pixelation issues.
